Réciprocs, a French network of researchers and teachers in structural crystallography, is organizing a 4-day workshop on diffraction under extreme or atypical conditions with a particular focus on processing and advanced tools. The workshop will take place at the beginning of June on the beautiful island of Oléron off the Atlantic coast of southwestern France.
In his talk, Andreas Förster, Application Scientist Crystallography, will show how superior data can be obtained from experiments performed at high pressure or with highly absorbing crystals when a Ag source is combined with a PILATUS3 R CdTe 300K detector.
